In Advent of 2012, hundreds of people joined together with the seemingly incredible goal of raising $11,500 to build a school kitchen for Mary's Meals in Malawi. Dividing the goal into 31 "pledges" of $371, we exceeded our goal and raised nearly $13,500 that year. The kitchen was named for the birthday of our Lord, who was himself poor and without some of the basic necessities. Since then, each Advent, we have continued to raise money to feed the 713 children who currently attend our school. So far we have been able to support these children 100% by our fundraising efforts!

On December 4, 2016 we had another chance to come together and learn more about Mary's Meals, join together as community, and feed our school! Our first ever "Ugly Christmas Cookie Party" raised over $600 for our school!
