My Own Church Portal
The My Own Church application is your personal portal to your family’s church records. This application enables you to quickly and easily view and make changes to your own church records. You can do this anytime and anywhere from any Web-enabled device as long as you have an Internet connection.
My Own Church gives you secure and personal access to the information in your family and member records. You can access your personal records using a smartphone, tablet, or computer. As a church member, you can log in and perform any of the following tasks in My Own Church:
Note that any changes you make to your records must first be approved by an authorized church administrator so there may be a short delay in getting your records updated.
Are you ready to begin? Go to ConnectNow, Click on New User and create your account. Once you are logged in you may make changes to your family information by clicking on the Edit button at the bottom of the screen. Remember to save any changes. You can also select a member tab from the top to view/edit individual family member’s information. Feel free to browse through the data screens and update any and all your family’s information. The more current our database is the better to serve you.

CAROL P. AND NICK R. ZAGAR ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP FUND
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 10 STUDENTS WHO QUALIFIED FOR THE CAROL P. AND NICK R. ZAGAR SCHOLARSHIP!!
To be considered for a scholarship for the 2017-2018 school year NEW applicants will need to complete an endowment scholarship application. ALL new applicants and previous recipients must provide proof of acceptance from a regionally accredited college or proof of enrollment in next semester courses if currently attending college; proof of an official certified transcript showing that an unweighted GPA of 2.5 has been maintained in the prior school year (if new applicant), or in the prior college semester (if previous recipient); and an original letter dated and signed by the applicant stating why they feel they are in need of this scholarship. In addition, the parents/guardians/student must be an All Saints tithing member for at least the 12 months prior to application (tithing requirement does not apply to the benefactor’s relatives or to graduate student seminarians). The applicant must have begun their course of study no later than the beginning of the Fall semester in the year of their 20th birthday and terminate no later than the end of the Spring semester in the year of their 24th birthday. All of the above is required and will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee per the terms and conditions of the last will and testament of Nick R. Zagar. Award amounts will vary in any given year due to funds available. Failure to complete the application in its entirety, failure to provide all documentation that shows the scholarship requirements have been met, and failure to comply with the deadline will automatically disqualify a student for a scholarship award. Applications can be obtained at the parish office or on the parish web site. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION MUST BE POSTMARKED OR DELIVERED TO ALL SAINTS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 650 NE 52ND AVENUE, DES MOINES, IOWA 50313 NO LATER THAN JUNE 30, 2017 AT 4:30 PM FOR THE 2017 FALL SEMESTER.
There will be no daily Mass on funeral days.
